How it works

From your books to your bank in three steps.

01

Connect QuickBooks

Authorise your company in one click. We read your bills and invoices directly — no CSV exports, no copy-paste.

02

Review & complete

Add IBANs and SEPA mandates against your vendors and customers. Pick exactly which records to pay or collect.

03

Export SEPA XML

Generate bank-ready credit-transfer (pain.001) and direct-debit (pain.008) files and upload them to your bank.

Features

Everything QuickBooks leaves out for SEPA payments.

Bank details, mandates and compliant XML — the pieces QuickBooks doesn't handle, built in and ready to export.

Credit transfers & direct debits

Pay vendors and collect from customers from the same workspace — SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit, side by side.

Built-in mandate store

Keep creditor IDs, mandate references, signing dates and sequence types (FRST/RCUR/OOFF/FNAL) — something QuickBooks can't hold.

Works with any SEPA bank

Standards-compliant pain.001 and pain.008 output that imports cleanly into your online banking, wherever you bank in the SEPA zone.

Secure QuickBooks OAuth

Connect through Intuit's official OAuth. We never see your QuickBooks password, and access can be revoked any time.

No manual re-keying

Amounts, references and counterparties come straight from your accounts, so payment files match your books exactly.

Review before you export

See every transaction, total and execution date before a file leaves the app. Generate only the records you select.

Supported banks

Trusted across the SEPA zone.

Our SEPA files are already submitted to banks throughout Europe — if your bank accepts SEPA XML, it works.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I still need to export CSVs from QuickBooks?

No. The app reads your bills and invoices directly from QuickBooks Online over Intuit's API, so there's nothing to export or re-import by hand.

Which SEPA formats are supported?

SEPA Credit Transfer (pain.001.001.03) for paying vendors and SEPA Direct Debit (pain.008.001.02) for collecting from customers, including full mandate handling.

Is my QuickBooks data safe?

You connect through Intuit's official OAuth — we never see your QuickBooks credentials. Tokens are stored securely per company and you can disconnect at any time.

Which countries and banks does it work with?

Any bank in the SEPA zone. Our customers already submit files to Bank of Ireland, AIB, HSBC, KBC, Danske Bank, CaixaBank and many more.

Connect your QuickBooks company and export your first SEPA file.

It takes a minute. Authorise through Intuit, pick your payments, and download bank-ready XML.
